Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar for 3-4 minutes or until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla.
Stir in flour, cake flour, cocoa, and salt until mixed together.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour into 8 x 8 pan and spread evenly. May use 9 x 13 pan but the brownies will be thinner.
Bake for 28-36 minutes. Check the center to see if a toothpick comes out clean.
To make frosting:
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter for 1 minute. Add cocoa powder and powdered sugar and whip until creamy, about 3 minutes. Add heavy cream and whip until smooth.
