1/2cupRicotta Cheese
2-3Fresh Peaches(peeled and sliced)

Fresh Basil Leaves(chopped or cut into ribbons)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Drizzle olive oil over the flatbread. Top with fresh mozzarella and ricotta cheese.
Layer peaches all over the flatbread. Bake on baking sheet or pizza stone for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
Drizzle honey all over the flatbread pizza. Sprinkle with fresh basil. If so desired, drizzle balsamic glaze all over the flatbread.
