1/3cupPure Maple Syrup
1/4cupFresh Squeezed Orange Juiceor pure OJ from the store
1/3cupCoconut Oilmelted
2teaspoonsPure Vanilla Extract
1teaspoonCinnamon
1/2 - 1teaspoonSea Salt
1cupDried Apricotschopped
1/2cupDried Cherries or Cranberries
* Pumpkin Pie spice is excellent in granola. Optional add 1 teaspoon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Place oats, coconut, nuts, and seeds in large bowl. Pour in honey, maple syrup, orange juice, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon and salt and stir until all coated. Toss in dried apricots and cherries.
Pour on a lightly greased cookie sheet or covered with a Silpat or parchment paper.
Bake for 35 - 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes until lightly golden brown.
Place in glass jars or air-tight containers. Granola will last for weeks. You can also freeze it in plastic freezer bags.
Use it top Greek yogurt, acai bowls or just eat it all by itself as a snack.
