1 1/2lbs.Chicken Breastthinly sliced preferred
3Lemons2 squeezed, 1 for Garnish
1/4cupOlive Oilor canola oil
2/3cupDijon Mustard
1/4cupHoney
2TablespoonsFresh Parsleychopped
1teaspoonRed Pepper Flakes
2clovesGarlicminced
1-2teaspoonsSalt

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, honey, parsley, red pepper flakes, garlic, and salt. Set aside 1/4 cup of marinade to drizzle over grilled chicken. Place chicken breast is large resealable bag or on baking sheet and slather with remaining marinade.
Let marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Place chicken on the grill and cook about 5-6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the chicken until it is no longer pink inside.
Remove the chicken from heat and drizzle on remaining marinade and garnish with sliced lemons and lemon zest, if desired.
