In a large bowl, add marshmallows and milk. Heat for 60-90 seconds in microwave or until mostly melted. As you stir the marshmallow cream, the marshmallows will further melt.
Add chocolate and stir well until chocolate is completely melted.
In mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Fold whipped cream into chocolate marshmallow cream. Set aside.
Repeat with white chocolate.

Let chill for at least 2-4 hours. Can be made overnight to give it time to set up.
