1largeAvocado(may sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid browning)

Instructions
Cook bacon according to package instructions. This can be done in a skillet or in the oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Set aside and let drain on paper towel-lined plate. Cut into bite-size pieces.
Slice the tomatoes in half lengthwise. Sprinkle with a touch of salt. Dice avocado into small pieces. May want to sprinkle lemon juice on avocado to avoid browning.
Chop the lettuce into small bite-size pieces. Top with bacon, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, avocado, and cheese.
When ready to serve, toss with ranch dressing. Serve immediately.
