Whenever I come from vacation or a particularly bad eating night, I reach for a healthy juice to cleanse my body and give my digestive system a break.
I am sharing 4 of our favorite juicing recipes with an assortment of fruits and vegetables for variety.ย Since my oldest daughter is a “health freak” we make these homemade juices every week and store them in jars in the refrigerator to make them easily accessible. It saves SO much money juicing at home!

Drink Your Greens:
- 2 cups Baby Spinach Leaves (or 4-6 leaves of kale)
- 6 Celery
- 2 large Cucumber
- 1/2 Lemon
- 2 medium Apples
- 1-2 inch Ginger
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup Parsley Leaves
The Detoxifier:
- 2-3 med-lg Beets
- 6 Carrots
- 2 medium Apples
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1-2 inch Ginger
The Vision:
- 8 large Carrots
- 2-3 Navel Oranges
- 1-2 inch Ginger
- 1 inch Turmeric (optional)
Sweet Carrot:
- 10 large Carrots
- 2 medium Apples
- 1/4 cup Parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Wash, prep, and chop produce.
- Add produce to juicer one at a time.
- Serve cold over ice. May store in tightly sealed jars or glasses in the refrigerator for 7-10 days. Shake or stir well before drinking.

I canโt thank you enough for these recipes! I just bought a new Brentwood juicer. Yesterday I made the Drink your greens and my daughter and I LOVED it! Today I made the Sweet Carrot.
OH EM GEE SOOOOOO GOOD!!!!! I could kick myself for not buying a juicer sooner! I will be trying the other two tomorrow and the next day. Iโll have to find some cheaper organic carrots because I didnโt get a whole lot and Iโm gonna need a whole lot lol.

These taste amazing!!! So excited to routinely do a juice cleanse. Now I understand why buying pure juice is so expensive … all these ingredients yield very little juice, haha.

Tried your recipes today!! just awesome taste!! went 80% vegan and lost 10 pounds, now I want to try and juice one meal a day! and juice one day a week and fast!! each one is unique! saved the left over roughage for my smoothie shakes next week!! Just put them in small bags in the freezer! another person said to add oatmeal and black beans to make veggie burgers! i will try that also!

I love your juice recipes and canโt wait to try them. I started juicing when I was growing up. While most kids were having milk and cookies my father made me carrot juice after school. Lol. However, I always used a book by Dr. Norman Walker for juicing as well as Jay Kordichโs juicing recipes for decades. According to them who are the fathers of juicing you should drink your juice soon after juicing because it loses its enzymes, yet you say we can store them in the fridge for ten days. How certain are you about this?
